Wellness and health have emerged as vital considerations for the human condition in the spaces we learn, live, work, and enjoy. Throughout the duration of the pandemic, we all came to realize how important it is to prioritize health both physically and mentally. In a post-pandemic world, those ideas have flourished beyond advocacy and manifested into interiors designed to align with the user. Considering health and wellness has become a point of interest for workplace, education, and university design to create productive, creative, and beneficial spaces for the betterment of future generations.

Problem Statement
De-stigmatizing Health & Wellness
Life on campus has shifted in the post-pandemic world, as many have realized that a space where both living and learning collide enhances the need for healthy balance on campus. Students' health and wellness becomes ever more present as a highlight for campus adaptations to ensure students have adequate resources and spaces to live, work, and learn happily for their mental and physical health. Ohio State has numerous resources that seemingly go unused and unknown by most students, most likely due to the stigma 'wellness' often carries. Fostering change in the wellness scene on the Columbus campus begins with efforts to de-stigmatize health and wellness, starting with a rebrand of wellness resources and buildings to better appeal to the students themselves. Fostering a sense of wellness extends into the Ohio State community as well aiming to engage off campus, commuter students, and on campus students in a united support system through additions throughout campus for creating connection and social wellness as a part of a growing wellness ecosystem.
